Google Bard now responds in actual time, so you may watch it “kind” the reply because it “thinks” up the response. So now Bard works like Bing Chat and different AI chat instruments.

Google did add a setting to show off actual time responses and “reply as soon as full,” within the gear/settings space inside Bard:
